The staff at both the Glasgow and East Kilbride surgeries are so thoughtful and kind. I recently had to let my oldest cat be put to sleep due to an extensive abdominal tumour and the compassion and empathy shown to me were exemplary and a credit to them. Their friendly and efficient help and assistance for routine care and ailments will continue for my other cat and I have every confidence that he will be in the most capable of hands.

AVOID!!❗️❗️ took my rabbit in for a check up and the vet squeezed her so much she had a fit then died! The vet then said she had to go and ran out of the room leaving me and my partner with my now dead rabbit alone and never came back, could find out her name etc as manager wouldn’t tell me! She was no where to be seen she new she done something wrong❗️They then blocked me on Facebook etc so I can’t review

Had my cats neutered here which for me and my family was a huge decision! The staff is amazing and so kind. It literally was a breeze and my cats were looked after so well. Highly recommend!

I cannot praise this veterinary practice highly enough. I've been a client here for over ten years and have always recieved a very friendly and professional service for all my cats. The vets are fantastic and the receptionists are wonderful and caring and I really do feel my pets get the best care here. When we sadly had to put our elderly cat to sleep, it was dealt with very sensitively and in a highly supportive manner. I trust this practice and highly value them.

The staff really are second to none. It is so clear that they all love our animals and are dedicated to the work they do. Receptionists are always so helpful and kind. And the vets and nurses are fantastic and could not be more helpful.

Only if I could give 0 stars! Simply the worst vets ever. They have started charging £60 for a consultation fee (for a MATTING situation) which is ridiculous as I have never been charged this before. The receptionist blatantly told me this has always been the case and does not know why I was never charged before which is a lie!!!Additionally, took my cat here multiple times for them to say my cat is dehydrated and this was the reason for her illness APPARENTLY. They charged me almost £1000 to tell me she is dehydrated and did absolutely nothing. As my cat was not getting any better, I decided to take her to the vets hospital. There she was treated and had to undergo a MAJOR operation, which was highly risky. The vets hospital was extremely horrified when I told them about my experience with this vet. The vets here are extremely incompetent, misinforming and money robbing!!! Please do not go here if you care for your pet. I have attached a photo of my cat after her operation.
