Applied to the centre a month ago, sent off both forms. I had a conversation with them who confirmed they had received the forms and were going to book me in.I needed an appointment, but they had stated that they never received it.Being told I have to go to burslem for the walk in centre, when I live in the middle of hanley, making it a fairly expensive taxi ride.

Everytime I try to renew prescription they tell me to send the email then they tell me they never got the email even tho I am showing them a screenshots of it being sent. Also 80% of time when I'm trying to get doctor appointment and I call them at 8 their landline is disconnected and can't get to anyone and when it's finally on around 8:15 they say there is no more appointments.

Absolutely useless. Please don’t go here. Order my prescription almost a week ago and I ring up yesterday to find they have the wrong pharmacy registered and they hadn’t even processed the prescription. Completely unacceptable when not getting my medication could be fatal. Can’t even get an appointment without it being cancelled or pushed back.

11yrs I was there and I was passed around to different doctors who either didn’t read my file or anything so I had to go over all the messed up things that was happening to me over and over after having two fractures in the back of my skull fractured orbital and under my eye with blood pooling. My mental health went sideways after the injury and nearly found the courage to get gone. The so called mental health nurse Katie is not good at her job, arguing with me on the phone and having meetings about me to slander my name to other gp’s so I had to leave to be able to see a proper gp and get to see a psychiatrist. Honestly leave this hole if you are needing professional mental health support.

Easy to get an appointment. Doctors have always listened to me. I've felt valued as a patient and respected as a person. I have moved house but still use this GP.

Horrible medical center, or rather one lady at the reception who probably missed her calling and thinks she is a doctor. He sends everyone to the hospital all the time. I think she's a racist. Somehow others can have a doctor's appointment but not us. He says you don't get a sick note for the flu. If they admit too many patients to the clinic and charge money for each patient (even for those they don't serve), maybe they should close the medical center. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It is virtually impossible to get an appointment at this surgery as for a long time now the reception staff seem intent on preventing patients from seeing the doctors. My partner has been a patient here for quite a while and at the weekend we were involved in a traffic collision, after developing symptoms we have tried to get an appointment but despite being told at other locations that we should get a doctors referral for an x-ray it is still impossible to get an appointment. And have been told to go to a walk in clinic or A&E. The NHS complain that people are using these departments rather than seeing GPS yet the GPS staff are actually sending them there. The last appointment we had at the surgery was arranged through one of the practice nurses but now the reception staff won’t even let you speak to them. We have officially complained about the reception staff a number of times but nothing makes any difference at this surgery. It’s atrocious and should have zero stars as a review. I now have no sympathy for the frankly overpaid doctors who don’t care a fig for their patients and they certainly do not deserve any consideration giving to their claims for a pay rise from the government.Today 17th May 2023, I managed to see one of the nurses after having to visit the surgery in person last week to make an appointment. Something the reception staff wouldn’t let me do by telephone. Though the nurse herself said it was a wasted appointment as the reception staff themselves should have been able to sort out my issue.I also discussed with Sarah the nurse the problems I’d been having with the reception staff and apparently according to her all the doctors surgeries in this area are suffering with the same problems and she herself thought that a 2 star rating for the surgery was quite good. She also told me that if I wasn’t happy that I should find another surgery to go to.Wonderful advice I must say.

Absolutely appalling surgery, ordered a repeat prescription which was wrong after I specifically told them what I needed. Rang the surgery and was on hold for over an hour and ended hanging up as it went over there closing time shocking!!!

Paramedics had to treat my partner because once again her prescription was not ready when it should have been.she suffers severe asthma and without her inhalers she cannot breath.once treated by paramedics they tried to contact harley medical centre after waiting one hour on the phone for them to answer harley ended the call presumably because it was lunch time..this clinic is disgusting it's the place where the NHS goes to die. The paramedics have assured us they will make a complaint...they should be ashamed of the lack of care and empathy towards their patients help me shut it down and get it replaced by a health centre that actually cares.
