FRIELS SOLICITORS
I contacted this office to speak with a lawyer for some advice. Whilst the receptionist was transferring my call to one of their lawyers, the phone was hung up. This happened twice.The receptionist then apologised... again, and said she'd email the lawyer my details and they'd phone me soon....I never heard from them and that was nearly a month ago.I'm certainly not in a hurry to contact this company again.

So disappointed with the lack of service from Friels. What was already a very stressful situation was made far worse by the length of time we had to wait for thing to be done. No communication what so ever. Had to phone on numerous occasions to chase things up. Would not give them my business again.

Sought a solicitor to make a Will for myself and my wife. Was told about WillAid by a friend. Friels were the closest solicitors who were part of the WillAid charitable scheme.Contacted them and trainee solicitor Mark Carlin responded very quickly. They provided a very professional service and patiently answered all of our questions. All of this for no fee since all that is required is a donation to WillAid.Will be sure to use Friels for my future solicitor needs.
