Bally and Kat were absolutely fantastic - moving can be quite stressful and they worked really hard to make things as easy as possible. Super friendly and efficient, would definitely recommend!

Easy process and great experience with manager and staff. Student discount was very nice and good clean units, elevators and moving trolley's all make the for moving in and out easy. Would have been 5 star, but an unfortunate bird incident where items were damaged did occur although the management handled it swiftly and notified all individuals to check their units for damage.

Just finished 7 months using this place and can't recommend highly enough. Cat was always super helpful, explaining my options and being really understanding when plans change quickly. Also very happy with the price - we found it to be the least expensive option around, and the place is spotless - thanks Cat!

Very good experience here after using a unit for 6 months. The staff were very friendly, gave good advice and were extremely helpful from the get go. No overly long, drawn out processes and the way it all works was explained thoroughly.Ease of access was great and site security was impressive. No issues whatsoever. Would use again if need be on the future.

We had a unit inbetween house moves and have to say it was brilliant... so simple to sort out... it includes a free removal from the house to the storage unit so we didn't need to sort out hiring vans etc... and the units are so clean and tidy. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I have had a unit from here for a while. The first year the prices were good but since then they have increased a substantial amount. They just increase without notice and often. I need some time to find a better deal. I think it will be double soon. Just bear in mind the cost. It is a clean place with plenty of storage.

Very well organised and very well secured and environmentally temperature controlled--it has various size storage rooms for most items within reason-- it is easy located off a dual carriageway -- there is a entrance and exit via separate security gates and a coded key pad entrance and exit-- my experience of the operation is it's a good set up and well worth trying out--- the prices range from Two hundred plus a month and insurance is required---with photo ID and proof off your address ie a utility bill

We have had our unit for a few years and find the staff very friendly and accommodating. We have changed our unit and had additional units as required and the process was very straight forward.They have upgraded the facilities and are always looking for ways to improve.They assist with our deliveries and collections which is such a great help for a small business.Excellent service and facilities.
