As a full-time property investor I strongly recommend Hockley Developments to discerning landlords. They completed my 2-bed off-plan office-to-resi conversion on time and to a good standard, everything was delivered slightly better than I expected. Their customer service is excellent.

I had been trying for months to resolve an issue with Hockley, via the agent who manages my investment properties in Nottingham. Eventually I contacted Hockley myself, bypassing my agent. And surprise, surprise, Rebeka sorted my issue immediately. It turns out that my agent failed to communicate with Hockley

I work along side a handful of key Property Developers in Nottingham and I'm fortunate that those I do work with are always a pleasure. Hockley Developments are very straight talking and honest people, always keeping integrity as one of their primary agendas. I know this due to having undergone very smooth sales of their developments and also some challenging ones (through no fault of their own) - Whether smooth or challenging, Hockley have always been willing to listen and be open-minded to alternative ideas. I have a team of 26 staff of all different skills and ages, yet each time I hear feedback of Hockley being a pleasure to deal with. I see every possibility of them being a key player in the regeneration of many locations in Nottingham - I'm looking forward to seeing some more innovative designs in 2019.

This review is solely for Dani Martin who on her first day with Hockley Developments stepped in to support us on the completion of our purchases of 337 and 339 Porchester Road when we were not given any handover by the previous incumbent who was not interested as she was leaving on that day. Without Dani 's intervention, perseverance and level of commitment, issues that arose initially would not have been resolved so quickly and to our satisfaction. I would like to leave some positive feedback about Hockley Developments / Managing Agents..I purchased some off-plan properties in Nottingham from them which they have also been Managing for around six months now and I have found them to be extremely professional and they have gone above and beyond in their Service to help me find the best possible tenants for my properties and also ensuring the properties are properly maintained and achieving the maximum rental yield possible.I can wholeheartedly recommend them to any other Landlords who may be looking to purchase an off-plan property and rent it to tenants.I have found their level of Service is Excellent and second to none!

Purchased one of the terraced houses on Gladstone Street Nottingham from Hockley and within a month of occupancy had a bathroom leak which has damaged the ceiling downstairs. Getting this sorted has been ongoing for almost two months now and still unresolved. Very, very disappointed in the Hockley team who have not responded and dealt with this promptly.Editing this review as Hockley have completed repairs at the property and Daniella has been consistent in providing feedback on repair works.

I would give zero stars if I could.This company persistently lied to us and attempted to pull the wool over our eyes. We have had legal professionals describe them as 'cowboys' and no one that I know who has dealt with them has a good word to say.We were first time buyers, super excited to buy our first home and we were sold the dream.Usually with new builds, you get to choose your kitchen and flooring but with these guys, they tell you that you are allowed to pick your preferences and then try and charge you thousands further down the line, with the threat of them pulling out of the sale if you don't cough up a non-refundable deposit.I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them and I'd go via a reputable new build developer if you are looking for a new build property.Every month completion got pushed back, we were ignored and no updates were ever given, we ended up homeless and our mortgage offer expired leaving us needing to find a new mortgage with a much higher interest rate due to the current climate.There are buyers who are sofa surfing and living in hotels because of this companies lies.Don't let your experience of buying a home be as tarnished as ours and save yourself time/money and go elsewhere!AVOID AVOID AVOID

Initial hiccups were resolved and dealt with professionally. Jo is definitely a credit to the Hockley team. Would recommend to any property investors looking at the Nottingham area.
