Just had a velux blind and a roller blind installed for a couple of my tenants who are very pleased with the result. Excellent service from Dennis who liaised with the tenants to measure and fit all for a very reasonable price.

Smashing fella, turned up bang on time and did a sterling job, love our new blinds.

i paid more than £1k+ to install blinds from this company with invoices showing 1 year warranty. after less than 6 months one of the blind fall off the window and the other 3 blinds were not closing properly. i asked Dennis to fix the problems but all i got was a very rude reply that our house in methley was very far from his place so he couldn't fix the issues. beware of this company so i advised to look for reputable one...- (reply to dennis comment after posting the first review) this is absurd and totally a big lie...the owner could claim he wasn't aware of my complaints but talk is cheap so an invoice from his company showing 12 months guarantee that had been fully paid would be difficult to put a lie on a factual document...he only went to my property in methley because he wasn't yet finished with the installation of the second batch of blinds which were now falling apart.if there is no installation he would certainly not go into my property to fix the chains.the other property i'm talking about was in manchester but he did not want to do the work because the place was out of his area because he was based in Leeds which was understandable. it was a good thing i never used this company with my other property because it will suffer the same fate as my property in methley which involved very poor craftmanship...i attached one of the invoices dated January 2021 from multiblinds send to me which showed i'm based in methley which was part of his area (multiblind is based in leeds) and still refused to come to fix the issues.in fact the same invoice showed a 12 months of guarantee. i'm now consulting with the ombudsman to get this sorted out because i had a valid and paid invoice and i had evidences that poor workmanship was done...
