Kaos Strength Gym
Attended couple of weekends back for a deadlift seminar. Oh my god what a day! Fantastic. Love this place. Super friendly and let's face it, you won't get any better training than from the best themselves!!! Hope to visit again really soon, and as that means a 400 mile round trip for me, I think that tells you all you need to know! Please note though guys, this is a gym for strength sports, strongman, powerlifting etc!

Such a supportive gym. One of the owners is the current world champion and a great sportswoman. All the team and members are such friendly people who encourage all abilities.

Banging place. Came along for the first strongman comp. Loads of kit, great people, great set up, great fun. Rhi and the team were all friendly and helpful, happy to share knowledge... we also got to watch a guy propose to his girlfriend too, very sweet. She said yes :)
