Like many people, I have a very busy life and don't always find the time to look after myself properly and relax. I have been coming to Pauline on and off for many many years and whether I see her regularly or few and far between, the response is always the same: warm and welcoming, non-judgmental, and always puts me at ease. Her expertise and professionalism has always shone through, even back when I had my first treatment all those years ago! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Visited Paulina for an Aloe Vera facial, Paulina was extremely kind and patient. She ensured I understood all of the products that were used and all of the different parts of the treatment! Treatment room was to a beautiful standard also, cannot recommend enough!

Had a very excellent massage with Paulina. She helped me with my shoulder tension and my back pain.. she’s great and very knowledgeable. She is a excellent quality of oil massage. I highly recommend her.

Pauline’s place is really welcoming (sweet dog and cat too! As Paulina points out, they don’t come in the room - I have allergies but I was fine!), been a couple times and can recommend!

I can't rate Paulina highly enough. She creates such a beautiful calm atmosphere in her magical little room in her garden. There have been times I've been super stressed and asthmatic and I've sought out an aromatherapy massage with Paulina (plus brilliant reflexology). It is no exaggeration to say these times have been 'life saving'. After an hour or so of her healing and experienced and loving hands - I am completely transformed, feel a renewed vitality and can breathe fully again. ✨

Highly recommended! My massage was incredibly relaxing, and really loosened up my shoulders. Pauline was very welcoming and unrushed, and involved me in choosing essential oils to use. The location is very convenient (I parked in the shopping centre car park, and there is a handy cut through)

Loved the massage with Paulina. I often struggle with therapist being too intense and that makes it worse. Paulina's treatment was the exact opposite, rarely feel so relaxed. Also learned lots about essential oils. Paulina is great at listening and adapting the treatment exactly to what you need. Thank you, Paulina!
