Good service. All went down how they said it would and the engineer arrived within 30 minutes. Bath tub was blocked and the enginner used his equipment to unblock it quickly. Thanks to the two guys that came out

Due to council incompetence, there was a serious drainage and clogging problem that had been developing for months at my property. All of the bathrooms and showers were broken. Immediately after calling LEP and explaining the situation, Adam and a colleague arrived and gave me the assurance that the problem will be fixed within an hour. They only needed a few minutes to grasp the challenge before moving swiftly to the area of difficulty. I'm really appreciative that both of the guys remedied the problem that had been building up for months. I couldn’t be more thankful.

My apartment has had blockages in the kitchen sink and bathroom appliances non step since I moved in. Adam has been a big help, he communicates well and has a lot of knowledge on these drainage issues. He understood the issue quickly and was finished in 15 mins. Would recommend Adam 10/10

Worst service ever. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We called this company when we had an emergency with our WC.The agent on the phone was unable to provide us with pricing, neither was the plumber able to provide us with pricing. Until the task was completed.We had to pay £300 for a 5 min job.LEP replied to my TrustPilot review by saying we were informed about the pricing via phone and email. However, this is not true!The plumber was very unprofessional by asking us how expensive our home was. Also did he not clean the mess he left.Overall very unpleasant experience.

Called these guys out to after calling two other handymen who could not resolve my issue. They arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately and sorted it out. So glad I found them. Won’t hesitate to call them again.
