It takes a long time to get served here. They are perfectly polite and produce the regular quality of coffee that Costa is known for. It will just take longer than you expect. I think they may need more staff.

Usually stop for a cuppa after shopping.Really disappointed today to find three people on duty and all the tables dirty!!I've posted pics confirming the state of this place.I had to go to the counter to ask for a cloth to wipe my table after I removed the used cups.Poor girl behind the counter was working her butt off with the two guys doing not a lot!!Eventually, it was left up to the girl to clear all the tables.Come on Costa, what has happened to you usual high standards????

Great Costa in a very convenient location.Considering it’s in the middle of a supermarket they’ve done a great job of recreating a large Costa store in the space that they have.I don’t actually drink coffee but I love the hot chocolate with marshmallows, and the cake selection is nothing short of brilliant.Recommended.

Although there is nothing wrong with the premises or staff, they can't make a cup of coffee !!!!! I ordered an Americano, when they presented it to me I asked where the crema was, obviously something wrong with their very expensive coffee machines, on the third attempt it was no better, when I asked why, to the member of staff with Barista emblazoned on her back, she didn't know what 'Crema was. Shocking for a coffee bar !The food, £3.60 for a bacon roll, maybe pigs are on the endangered list and no one told me ! Where was the bacon Costa ? It was even served like warm. On the whole a dreadful experience which has left me feeling I've been ripped off. Just as I was about to post this a member of staff approached me with a refund for the coffee, thanking me for pointing out the problem to them, telling me they've just put a call in for an engineer, although she was extremely professional and polite I believe I was spotted writing this review, you been open for over 3 hours Costa, and I took an untrained person like myself to spot the issue ! Nice gesture, but I in the words of Magnus Magnusson, I've started so I'll finish

We went there today to get a soya latteAnd a cake the older lady picked the cake without gloves !!No smiles from either ladiesat all quite rudeThe coffee tasted dreadful worse I have ever tastedI said it tasted bad she didn’t look up or apology just said I will do another one!!! very rude and bad for your business . Will not go again if they are there

Good tasty hot coffee and comfortable chair's ideal for people watchingWent here today disappointed staff would not serve in cups as dish washer not working but there was plenty of clean ones available their reason did not want to clean by hand!The current generation are lazy and have it so easy!

What can I say , it’s shut , we use to enjoy a coffee and meet up after work , nowadays it shuts at 6 pm too early to use my tempting Costa offers , but it’s a 24 hr Tesco store. Time to let Starbucks have a go

A busy place this morning when I had my spiced cappuccino and mince pie. The lovely Andrea served me and she always has a welcoming smile. The staff are very friendly whatever time you go in though. An excellent place for a coffee before or after your shopping in Tesco.It's just been refurbished and looks bigger than it was before. The large tables have been removed in favour of more regular sized ones. The lighting looks minimalist and industrial looking. Costa cups hang precariously from the mobile above some of the tables which is a complete surprise.The walls are adorned with new artwork giving it a fresh new look. A much better Costa than before and thankfully they've fixed that hole in the ceiling!

tried this costa coffee for the second time as its closer to home... wasn't great the first visit and this second visit it was worse... really bad quality cappuccinos.. asked for chocolate dusting got a rude response then too much chocolate dumped on the drinks... had to throw away the drinks and drive to another costa coffee to get the good quality we expect. don't they feel shame serving diluted ugly looking disgusting tasting drinks?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. The woman was rude, I asked for a caramel iced coffee there was so caramel the cup must have had a leak as I was covered in coffee. People really shouldn’t work in customer service
