Pawsh Dogs Grooming Studio

I booked online for my dog to have nail clipping, paw balm and a brush, online this stated the brush was free, so my total was £11. When I came to pay, it was £22.50. When I text the owner to query this, she states this is due to the fact it depends on size of the dog and that online it states a ‘from’ price, the website did not have a from price at all. The owner also informed me the day before that my dog was booked in with her, she then has someone else carry out the groom. I also told the staff my dog needs to be muzzled and they completely ignored this. They also gave my dog treats, WITHOUT my permission, without checking if she is allergic to anything, my dog had an upset tummy that evening and the next morning. The service I received when I walked in was also appalling, being told to wait in the car is the best option. Way over priced, website has false advertising, attitude of staff was disgusting. I will never recommend this company and this will be taken further.100% the worst dog grooming company EVER.

Excellent service. Staff super nice and helpful. Salon looks smart and clean. Parking available. Prices are reasonable. And the most importantly, Benji always comes out looking smart and smelling lovely.

Took our dog snoopy the springer spaniel in today for some tlc and they have done such a fab job on the cut on him. He smells lovely and he seems over the moon :) customers service was great. Easybooking. Nice and easy drop.off and collect and on time..

Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend. My dog is a Border Collie x Husky, so quite a complex coat and Kelly does an amazing job. My dog adores her and really enjoys his time with her. (He even lets her do his teeth at every visit) She is patient, professional, friendly and does an an absolutely awesome job!

Our three dogs go to this salon and the ladies are so kind and treat them well. Groom them exactly as we asked for and the salon is spotless. You can watch the dogs being pampered too. Our girls are well looked after and at a very reasonable price.

Great place to take your dog for a spruce up. Staff are very friendly and helpful always. Remember though as this is very busy to book in advance. 1st class service never disappointed.

Took our Springer Spaniel and asked for her not to be cut too short and they basically shaved her all over. I brush her fairly often and I know she had a couple of matts near her ears but a total shave was a bit excessive as was the price given that it This probably didn't take long as there was no care.

The salon has deteriorated recently so much so that Buddy was extremely distressed for 2 days after his visit last week and seemed to have been caught by the trimmers. His groomer for nearly 2 years and was amazing left recently and the groomer last week let the salon down appallingly.
