Great place, 10/10! Everyone is polite, staff/coaches are knowledgable, helpful and professional. The Fight Factory is always clean and has a great range of equipment and gear to use. I've been going for a few months now and I would definitely recommend this place.

*Training here is one of the best decisions I've made*Personally, I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and came to the sport as a complete beginner. I had no previous marital arts experience and wasn't particularly sporty but since joining I have had a newfound discipline and love for BJJ.As a woman training in a male dominated sport, I cannot say how reassuring it is to train in a safe environment where Coaches and Assistant Coaches put your physical and emotional safety as a priority. The standard set by coaches here is high. However, don't let that put you off- use it as an opportunity to set your own standards higher. Coaches here focus on ensuring the fundamentals are perfected and that you're the best you can be. We recently had 8x world champion Michelle Nicolini coach at the gym for 2 months and multiple world champions have come to run seminars.Everyone at the gym is super friendly- I personally have made lifelong friends at LFF. I come to the gym from over an hour away but it's my training partners and the coaches that make it worth the journey.OSS

Joined London Fight Factory years ago to develop & practice useable self defence skills - including psychologically facing & managing conflict situations - due to various unpleasant, challenging personal circumstances. It has been hugely successful and benefitted all aspects of my life.I train in BJJ & wrestling (did boxing too). LFF is a diverse, friendly community with committed, knowledgeable, no-nonsense instructors. Owner Luiz runs the gym. There are rules - such as no shoes on the mats. It’s family friendly - my teen son & I did boxing private sessions with instructor Silviu. I felt self-conscious & awkward for a long time – often still do - as I’m older than most. But keep showing up with commitment, determination & drive to overcome failure.I train with: Luiz Mon & Wed 10.30am BJJ no gi; Ricardo Mon & Wed 12.30pm BJJ gi; Julie Fri 12.30 BJJ gi; Mohsen Thurs 12.30 & Sat 9am & 10am wrestling. Weekday mornings and lunchtimes are less busy. Coaching styles are all very different. Luiz is a very experienced fighter & more old-school. I have known him the longest. Ricardo is an experienced competitor in various international BJJ leagues, has a thoughtful, thorough, natural coaching style, encouraging best performance. Julie has a judo background, manages the class with understated expertise and care. To me she’s an inspiration in not smashing and grabbing but using your own strengths to find opportunities and incrementally achieve submissions and better position in a fight. Mohsen has extensive experience as an international competitive wrestler & coach. Additionally to his brilliant technical teaching, he has the rare gift of holding the group in 100% sharpened focus & drive, pushing you to the very edge of your comfort zone almost before you realise it.Post pandemic I cancelled my membership for a few months for health reasons. But desperately missed my friends & community, building my skills, the physical discipline, fitness, adrenaline highs, feeling alive.

Great gym with an eccentric and fun coach (BJJ). Luiz does not limit himself to only working with higher belts too, instead he runs many classes. Which is a really nice touch for the white belts out there.

I have trained at several gyms around the country and can genuinely say LFF is the best. They were incredibly welcoming when I first started and have really helped develop my skills over the last 2.5 years. They have every martial art you could want to try with the country's top coaches.I had only done striking before coming to LFF but after taking Jeremy's MMA classes I fell in love with the grappling side of things, especially wrestling.Earlier this year LFF recruited Mohsen, a world class wrestling coach. Mohsen installed a new mindset to my training and I feel like I am improving week on week and looking forward to my first tournament this year. Can't recommend joining more. All it takes is the first step!

Amazing club! 5 years in uk, been to 3 different clubs, but first meet such High Quality Gym gym. Amazing staff, amazing coach! I fully recommend this place!I joined here in March and have attended all courses. Hope my following introductions are helpful to you:1.The wrestling classes are free wrestling style rather than pure MMA style. Mohsen have rich coaching experience. He is from the Iranian national team and coached the Swiss wrestling team as well. For those who like free style wrestling, coming here to take lessons is definitely the most wise choice. BJJ guys and MMA guys also enjoy every wrestling class .2. The BJJ classes are primarily run by Luiz, who is an advanced black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You regard here as a BJJ university, Luiz is the professor here, and each of his basic courses has at least 2 teaching assistants with purple belts to help beginners complete the movements better. When you meet his requirements, you can join BJJ's advanced courses. Advanced classes are often taught by world famous BJJ athletes. Every year, different world leading BJJ instructors will hold seminer. If you're female, you can also take female BJJ classes. BJJ students very friendly, and Luiz will lead the students here to participate in BJJ competitions. If you are a BJJ lover, all you have to do is come to class on time every day, and leave the rest to Luiz and his team.3. The MMA course is taught by Jeremy, who is a famous cage warrior player. Jeremy usually encourages each student to experience each skill in each practical scene, and shares many practical MMA skills from his fight.4. Silviu coach boxing and sambo here. He is a former professional boxer and then became a sambo fight. Now, he is trying to bring LFF boxing team and MMA team up to another level. If you are new to sambo, Silviu once answered this question, his sambo class combines wrestling and ground control with submission. This is a great course for MMA guys.5. There are muay thai gyms everywhere, but not every muay thai gym can have such diversity class as LFF. Muay thai is coaching by Anton and China. Anton is a very very experienced coach. He correct my mistakes in each class. China is a very friendly lady who usually teaching fundemental class and lady's muay thai class. Here we have different class focusing on techniques, clinch , pad work and Sparring.

Hello to all LFF members and to who so ever is reading this, LFF is the best gym I have ever come across since I started my career as an athlete in the UK, my words cannot express how grateful I am to be part of LFF but I must admit some of the things though so that you that is reading this should come and be part of LFF training their are so many amazing things I have learn from everyone I have come across in LFF, when ever I want for training I feel like am home every single person in there knows his or her responsibility to play in individual lives starting from the reception, coaches and athletes every each one of them are unique at LFF. All the coaches have while knowledge in their respective field not only that they also share personal advice to a athlete if you ask any one of them at anytime, come to my colleagues athletes I always feel comfortable with them when training with all of them. Some of the reasons why I joined LFF• l always feel belong.• The gym is always clean and tidy• The coaches know how to do their job they are always on time and friendly to train with they speak the same language to see you the athlete become good that’s the language they all speak together.• My training partner are all welcoming people, truth to be told I was not expecting this kind of hospitality from them but they proved me wrong they are all friendly to be with.• I’m training to become a professional athlete to compete in different sports like wrestling and mma.

Trained in a variety of classes there this week so quick review of each. Overall this is 100% a place I'd train again when working in london, great facilities, super clean - really appreciate the strict hygiene rules. More gyms should be this good at following their own rules.Muay thai - did two classes with Anton, advanced clinch and mixed abilities, gave me some excellent tips and paid good attention to me even though I was just a drop in a very busy class. If you want to be molly coddled this is probably not the class for you tbh as he doesn't mince his words but his instruction was excellent. I only mention this as there seemed to be other reviews with some thin skin on here but Antons approach was do you want to be elbowed in the face, no then stop doing that which is exactly what you need! 10/10 lessons one of the best striking coaches I've trained with. At no point did I feel unwelcome, just well coached. Appreciate the tips on clinch and timing on the bag a lot.Mixed mma/mma 101 - Believe instructor was Jeremy but not 100% Was a good mix of wrestling over under clinch to trapping single leg, and some clinch breaking to striking. Good technical details, I also appreciated the coach mixing up resistance drill partners for me. Very standard mma class in format but geeat coaching none the less and Jeremy was very friendly.Basic no gi - class was taught by a purple belt sorry I didn't get your name, good class and coach was good at answering questions, encourage q and a which is great for a beginners class. It was a little jarring to go from sitting down on inside trip to drilling kimura trap sweep from bottom half however the instructor did ask if people were there last time so I'm guessing I may be missing a middle step. Good beginners class, would recommend especially for beginners, quite a soft pace compared to other sessions I attended which makes sense in context.Sambo (orientated for mma) - Silviu was super welcoming, and gave a level of detail on the inside and outside trip combo that was excellent, I really appreciated the live soft reisstance drills. If you attend this class be prepared to work hard, though he did cut me a little slack it was very physically demanding and was my 3rd session that day so felt it more than a little bit (im also fat atm which is no ones fault but mine lol). Again expect constructive criticism and also it was nice to see him telling people when they were resisting too much/being slightly difficult partner during the throwing drill section. I can't stress enough the level detail was great, not just what to do but why he didn't do certain thing, how to respond after landing the takedown etc. Felt like a got a lot out of this session and took some solid warm up drills to work on.

I came here for a trail class, the staff didn’t like that I wore joggers instead of shorts, they spoke very rudely and disrespectfully, so I left.Reply to LFF response:It wasn’t soaking wet and dirty, they were clean and I had an umbrella so they didn’t get wet much if at all. You didn’t offer me clothes (not that I wanted it), and I didn’t rebook either. I understand I may have not showed up in your ideal outfit, but I did follow the guidelines sent to me beforehand. My issue was primarily with the way I was addressed, I found it very disrespectful.

I had an amazing experience during a wrestling trial class at my gym, all thanks to the exceptional instructor. Their professionalism, kindness, and patience stood out throughout the session. The instructor paid close attention to each participant, correcting our movements and offering individualized guidance. Within just one hour, I noticed improvements in my skills, which was incredibly motivating. It's safe to say that I'm excited to continue my journey at this gym under their guidance. I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in wrestling or seeking excellent instruction.
