Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed a wheelchair for a short term hire and both pick up and drop off went very smoothly.It's fantastic that there's a local place providing short term hire and assistance. Very positive experience overall, thank you very much.

I needed some vinyl examination gloves at short notice and the chap on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He had some in stock and put them by for me to collect later. They were very good quality - better in fact than any I have used before. I will definitely be making further purchases.

******UPDATED******JUST UPDATING MY REVIEW TO SAY THAT I'VE NOW RECEIVED MY QUOTATION FOR REPAIR OF MY SCOOTER AND IT'S EVEN CHEAPER THAN ADVISED IT WOULD BE IN THE SHOP.Went to Ability on Cowbridge Road yesterday as I was having issues with the batteries.Had scooter booked in for a service and new batteries, however upon running diagnostic tests it was discovered that the motor was indeed at fault.I can't thank the technician at Ability enough. Had I taken the scooter elsewhere I'd have likely been fobbed off with needing new batteries and even more.What's more the prices I was quoted for a service and batteries was a third of the cost of a rival company.Just waiting on my quote for having the motor repaired.

I had an appointment with Steven to fix my mobility scooter. Steven is an excellent mechanic, and knows exactly what he's talking about. Steven completed the job in less time that I was quoted by a major scooter retailer and for a fraction of the price. I was so happy with the service and I would most definitely recommend. This business is all about looking after their customers, I will not go anywhere else now.

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Very good price for a wheelchair check-up and service as others quoting over double the price! Will definitely be using this service each time the 6 monthly wheelchair check-up and service is due.Staff informed me that Harvey Street Pay & Display car park is located at the back of the business and the first 2 hours are free at the time of writing this review. Needed some parts and someone to fit them to my mother's power chair.Steven at Ability ordered the correct parts and even told us how to fit them ourselves as it was easy and did not necessitate the expense of a callout charge. He was right! Great service - will definitely recommend and use again.
