Where to start...This agency is a joke!They didn't check the property properly when my first set of tenants left only for me to realise that some furniture was missing.With the second tenant even worst.They rented my property to someone who was not suitable, so the references stated but they still went ahead (the references did say my tenant had been in court 4-times previously for missing rent payments).Well, after 4 months my tenant stopped paying me.After the second missed payment I instructed the agency to evict her.What did they do? They issued an illegal eviction notice (legally they had to give her 2 months but they did give 1 month only).After the month my tenant happily informed me that what my agency was doing was illegal therefore she wasn't going to leave.After that, the agency washed their hands and terminated their contract with me.I had to get a private solicitor to sort the matter out.All together I lost months of rent on top of paying legal fees to rectify a mistake done by this joke of an estate agent.They are clearly not professional and have no clue of what they're doing.My advice? Choose a well established estate agent, you pay a bit more but you're protected should situations like that occur to you.

Absolutely awful customer service!!! I would not give even 1 star.I called in regards to renting a property was given the worst attitude with 0 respect which made me disregard the property completely due to this companies lack of effort and education in customer service skills.

I've been deal with Paolo and his family for well over ten years now and would have no hesitation in referring him to any one. Keep up the good work Paolo
