I have been in your showroom in Gateshead yesterday, I was over the moon with my husband and I received in store by a Brazilian guy. He helped us, showing all the ranges and differences between then bedrooms.We loved, an amazing customer service. The cookies and tea were perfect.Certainly, I will keep hammonds in mind when I start design my new house.

I ordered a Brochure online, and Mohammed from Gateshead called me, inviting to visit the brand new showroom. I've just left, everything looks so beautiful. I book my free design visit appointment for next week. I can't wait to see the whole project done.

Absolutely stunning show room in Gateshead, service was excellent from Mohammed, really engaging and knowledgeable about products. Martin did home visit for measure and quote - no fuss and really helpful. We are in the process of ordering some wardrobes and living room furniture for the 3rd time in 10 years as we have never been disappointed with Hammonds Furniture Quality store and great staff.

Today I was passing through Gateshead, looking for inspiration to decorate my daughter's bedroom, and I saw Hammonds in Alison Court in Gateshead.The guys were really kind letting me take photos, and told me about the free design visit that they offer and gave me a fewi-brochures that I received on my email straight away.Lovely customer service.I will definitely consider Hammonds when I start my makeover process.

Fantastic new store open in gateshead,The layout and presentation to the store is absolutely beautiful. I was greeted today by the store manager and regional manager who were so helpful and knowledgeable.So many fantastic ideas for home furnishings. Soo many to choose from.Quality brilliant and the price was pretty much half to what I was quoted elsewhere,The whole process from begin to end has been brilliant,First class service.
