Really organised - contacted me the evening before giving a time line for arrival and text me half an hour before arriving. Chimney was cleaned quickly and with no mess and he saw that the chimney was lined and commented on it. His price point was good and as he was so efficient doing the property we let I have asked him to come and clean our woodburning stove chimneys where we live.
