Rose Hill Dental Surgery

Really amazing service. I got referred through 111 and got seen within hours. All the staff were incredibly friendly and COVID-19 security was a priority. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment and my dentist Camilla stood out due to how professional and caring she was. A brilliant practice which puts patients needs first. Cannot recommend enough.

I have used this dentist for years, I went to have bottom plate made up for missing teeth, he took the moulding, I went back today to have it fitted and it's so comfortable.I highly recommend this dental practiceThank you again rosehilldentalpractice. .

Excellent dentist. I had a whole load of treatment with my teeth and it was completed without a hitch within a couple of months.Throughout, I actually had a trainee dentist (Dr. Yong) and she was truly outstanding from beginning to end, like I literally have absolutely zero complaints. Super nice, very informative and gentle but firm during the dental work. If she hadn't had told me she was a trainee, I would've assumed she had been doing this for many years. Hope she stays long-term!I met a few of their other more senior dentists for very short times and they were good from what I experienced. The receptionists, particularly Wendy, are pleasant and helpful too; e.g. I was late a few times and they sorted it instantly. Also, I had a couple of different dental assistants also involved - all good there, too.My only complaint would be the lack of a web presence for the dentist; it would be more convenient if they had a website, for example. That's a very minor 'issue', if you can even call it that, though. Highly recommended.*I pay for my dentist care, for what it's worth.

Iam posting this on behalf of my sonHe is a support worker at Great Ormond Street HospitalHe traveled from London to the dentist in rosehillHe called and let the receptionist know that he would be approximately ten minutes late because of trafficWhen he arrived at the dentist he was informed that the dentist would not see himAbsolutely ridiculous ! He will not be using this dentist anymore!! The treatment he has received so far has caused more pain than what he was in in the first place

Note: now I realise why she was horrible to me. She broke my front tooth. Hence, me crying out. She was trying to deflect from what she did do.It is a cut to my bottom front tooth and gum.She accepted, she knew what she had done at the time it happened. Even said sorry, I went back to speak with the surgery Manager who wasn't there at the time.The question should be, why didn't the dentist just apologize and offer to take care of my tooth and gum?NEED TO WRAP THIS UP:The Surgery have never contacted me as a follow up.The Dentist in question is a Dr. Yung. This dentist ignored every fine detail with respect to seeking a second opinion from a Private Practice based in Oxford Street wanting to really improve my teeth and smile. Recommendations were made. I never told Dr. Yung my intention of seeking a second opinion, I advised Dr. Yung after my consultation of my visit to the Private Clinic.1.2.3.

What can I say... A brilliant service from start to finish. Really informative and undertook only necessary work. Really listened to my issue and fully supported and helped. Thank you so much I will be back for my check up!

Don't often leave reviews but felt compelled to write one after my experience with Rosehill Dental Surgery.Everyone's experience is unique to them, and having read some of the reviews below I wasn't expecting great things to be honest. but I couldn't have been more wrong.I'll start by saying I am not an easy customer, I don't like any aspect of dental work and with this being a new dentist I was especially sheepish on my first visit. I was assessed by Dr Chowdhury (hopefully I haven't butchered his surname) and quite quickly I was made to feel at ease. I found him extremely personable, patient, transparent throughout the whole process but more importantly he knew when to get a second opinion from his superior, Sana. No ego, didn't go in all guns blazing.Yes the treatment was painful, but it could have and should have been way worse (my own fault). Thought I'd need an extraction and instead I've walked away with a tidy white filling. They found me an appointment with an hours notice and took me on as an NHS patient even though I was prepared to pay to go private. The repeat appointment was within two weeks, bearing in mind most dentists are quoting 8-10 weeks.Great service, quality dentist, great bloke. Would reccomend Dr Chowdhury to anyone.Side note; seen reviews about the receptionists being miserable and rude, in particular the 'blonde woman'. Can I just say these members of staff behind the desk were nothing but pleasant even when I was 10 minutes late, happy to share a laugh and a joke. Maybe its the geordie way but manners go a long way with people especially with people who are battling the backlogs of covid.

Sana has been my dentist for the past couple of years. She is very professional, informative and has taken great care of dental needs; including a very successful root canal and porcelain crown. Thank you very much.

The staff here are amazing. The ladies on reception are always friendly.Veneeta (apologies if I have spelt it wrong) is the most kind and compassionate dentist I have ever met.

I was embarrassed and anxious to visit today after so many years. The gentleman Dentist is a very understanding and excellent at his work, which put me at ease. I think that I was also treated before by a lady (his wife?) who was equally as brilliant. Reception staff are very nice and kind. Highly recommended and I am grateful that this is my surgery.
