Newmarket Dental Surgery

Had some urgent treatment (temporary filings on 2 teeth and followed the instructions of the dentist.Later when I started eating one side was too uncomfortable that was all fine even without the filing. It was not adjusted grinded correctly so while chewing the food I'm feeling some unusual there and it put extra pressure on my tooth and doest feel comfortableto chew even soft bread.I gave a call 2 days later thought to wait if its due to inflammation but they asked me to call on Monday morning. I did so but they were not helping and refused to adjust their work they done on me. Half of the filing was gone in 4 days. Non professional behaviour on part of the dentist as she informed the receptionist to refuse me. Avoid them if you can.Thanks

Very good Dentist. My husband and I have been going there for over 12 years. Mr Horan and his staff give a great service and he puts you at ease. Also accommodating if you require an emergency appointment.

extremely unsatisfied with the care provided by this establishment. my orthodontist is incredibly rude, appointments are ineffective and too far apart in coherence to effective progress, brackets constantly fall off and leave my mouth shredded and in agony. overall would not recommend.

Reason for giving 5 stars is that I spoke to Marie on the phone she spoke to me so nicely and she was just brilliant as she seemed like she was interested in really helping so grateful for it and can’t thank her enough :)
