Will never use Mutz Kutz again. Kept my dog for 4.5 hours with no explanation why. I called twice then eventually just turned up to get him at 6.15pm. I also explicitly stated both verbally and on the form not to cut his eyelashes, yet they cut them... The overall cut is also completely uneven and spikey. Probably could've done a better job myself with no experience... They also charged me £40 when I was quoted £35 if he wasn't matted. When I arrived one of the workers did he isn't matted, so why was I charged the extra £5? Who knows. Awful. And to top it off my puppy is only 6 months and this was his first groom. I could've done without him being caged for hours whilst they groomed other dogs. No idea why they let me book a 2pm slot. When I arrived there were at least 7 other dogs there in a tiny cabin. Completely unethical from beginning to end. Shame on them.

Excellent service provided. My cocker spaniel Lily has been very well looked after and her look is outstanding after such professional hair cut.Very happy with the staff and the quality of work they provide. Will definitely recommend this place.

Hi my first experience was not good I have a Pomeranian she had log fur and she has been clipped all an even behind her head truly it seemed like someone was experiencing on her waiting nearly 4hours and the dog was very stressed

Great place. Loved the cut on my dog. Left him with slightly longer hair than before and I loved the look, still looking slightly scruffy

Terrible, terrible treatment of my dog. I left my dog at 10am, I never received a call to collect him and thought I'd better go and see . At 2:30pm I arrived and was told he's not ready. I found him still wet behind the door tied up with 2 more dogs tied up there. Multiple dogs on the tables. The staff said a groomer had not turned up for work. I had no phone call, no apology, my poor collie was shaking. They did all the other dogs that turned up instead of my lovely boy. Shame on you Mutz Kutz staff. The woman commented that at least he's had a bath. He's a lovely boy, and didn't deserve to he tied up wet for over 4 hours.

Absolutely love Mutz Kutz! We take our boys there most weeks. Everyone is so friendly and they do such a good job! The dogs absolutely love spending time there too☺️

Swapped groomers after realising how badly run this place is. Our dog would be there for HOURS and was desperate for a drink and toilet when we could eventually collect her.Called multiple times during her grooms for them to say she is needing to be finished.She became fearful to attend.Our new groomer is wonderful and she’s in and out within an hour.This groomer takes on too much work and cannot cope, leaving dogs scared in crates.

AVOID!!! AWFUL - OUR DOGS KEPT FOR 12 HOURS WITH NO FOOD AND IN CAGES !!!!I am honestly shocked at how awful our first and definitely last experience was with this dog groomers. The lady agreed £50 per dog to collect them, groom and drop them back to my house. She came to collect my 2 dogs at 10am yesterday morning and hadn’t heard from the groomers all day!It got to 4pm and I rang to ask where my dogs were and was told they were being finished - which was a lie!It was now 10pm !!! (baring in mind, their business closes at 6.30pm) Our dogs were still not back so we drove to the groomers ourself to collect our dogs to find them NOT BEEN FED ALL DAY & KEPT IN CAGES !!!I asked why they had been kept for 12 hours she said “well that’s how long it takes” !! No it doesn’t - our usual groomers (who had moved away meaning we had to find somebody else) took around 3 hours for both dogs so I knew this was a lie.She even then had the cheek to ask for more money when we gave her the £100 (as agreed) as she said she wanted extra money for diesel… DIESEL MONEY? We came to collect our dogs plus the collection and drop off was included in the agreed price !!!Our poor dogs even smelt worse than before they got there!Rude staff, DO NOT take your dogs here they will NOT be looked after!! Starved & caged all day!

I always take my Cockapoo to Mutz Kutz. They always do a lovely job of grooming him, exactly the way I ask for.

Worst experience ever,I had an appointment booked in for 12 pm went and dropped off my little yorkie, I asked how long it would take they said 3 hours ! Which is a very very long time and unusual, anyways I agreed and came back after 3 hours and to see she is still not finished and absolutely terrified and could hear her crying before I even entered. She was left in a cage half done !With no apology or explanation they said she still isn’t finished and asked me to wait outside.I waited an additional Hour and 10 minutes before I walked back in to see she is still not done, and shaking. I asked if they could just stop as this was becoming ridiculous. It was heartbreaking to see my little girl so distressed and anxious.They tried to say that she was a nervous dog hence why it took so long but it was a super distressing environment they were clearly taking on too many dogs that they could not manage. To top it all off she smelt worse than when she walked in !??There was No apology, and no care for the experience. I paid and left. It is safe to say I will never return and would not recommend to anyone who actually loves and cares about their dog.Absolutely disgusting.
