Lauren is full of energy, enthusiasm and genuinely cares for all of us on our slimming journey! She’s been there, knows how hard it can be, doesn’t push you to talk if she senses you are not feeling it, but also knows when to give encouragement and regularly checks in during the week ☺️

Going to one of Lauren’s groups is one of the best ones I have been too. Lauren has and is on the journey with us, she understands our ups and downs, she offers real support and ideas to help our journey for weight loss. Would highly recommend anyone to join.

Lauren is one of those special people , professional, supportive , Lauren motivates you to want move forward. She has an amazing sense of humour. Lauren never judges you in short she is a lovely genuine person. I am so pleased to have her in my life
