Staff was excellent in helping us find the perfect necklace to fit a pendant from the online store

I visited here on the 16th of October with my partner. We were immediately acknowledged and welcomed by a staff member (Christy). When my partner spotted a Phoenix necklace it was taken out for us to see and she was even allowed to try it on despite the price of the necklace. There was complete trust given to her.We usually feel out our element in shops like this one but Christy was the perfect salesperson. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable but not pushy. I bought the necklace from your website as soon as I got home. My positive experience and seeing her wear that necklace definitely influenced my decision to buy it. When her birthday comes around she'll be in for a shock!

Nothing is ever a problem when I visit a Thomas Sabo store. The staff are always so helpful and I never feel rushed or pressure into buying anything.

Most pleasant of staff on our visit. We had been looking for something specific. To our surprise the girl in the shop sourced it from Italy and paid for it and left it for my wife as a leaving gift.
