The staff are very welcoming and work very well as a team. They are very friendly and always have time to talk to you even if it's just to see how your day is going. They work together to fulfil your needs as a customer and value every customer. Highly recommend. Five star service.

I have been coming to HannahMark for nearly 3 years and I can honestly say they are amazing (Hannah, the queen of ombres) The girls pride themselves in delivering only the best professional hairdressing (explain the colour process in great detail even though I dont have a clue what they are mean half the time) The customer service is next to none. Never without a cup of tea, a biscuit and a good laugh. Thanks for always making me feel 100 bucks ladies x

I have been coming to Hannahmark for years. Joanne is my stylist and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair she is just amazing. Also Hannah who beautifies me with her fantastic skills. The staff are all so friendly and make great cups of tea.

I haven't been to a salon since before lockdown and had lost my confidence. Made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The staff made me feel so relaxed that I forgot my nerves. I had such a laugh with the girl who did my wax and tint. I'd definitely return because she did such a great job and made me feel at ease
