Had a great first experience with Charlotte - she came to do me (43) a quick trim, but more importantly to help out my mum (73) who had a bad experience in a salon and needed sorting out.Charlotte was professional, kind, gave great advice and didn’t just do stuff for the sake of it.We talked through options and then booked my mum in for a further appointment to follow up.I would recommend Charlotte to all different ages as she was adaptable and experienced with lots of different hair types & styles.Thanks so much.

Such a lovely haircut done by Charlotte for me & my mum, my son also loves his highlights she does for him. She never rushes and is always so nice. Would def recommend

Charlotte has always made me feel relaxed and listened to my needs. Even with stripping a red hair Dye out which was really stubborn to remove the end result was amazing.
