Ann Summers Lincoln

I visited the Lincoln store on 12/07/23 just before closing. The staff were incredible! Made me feel super at ease and were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were the sort of ladies you immediately feel at ease with and have a laugh whilst in store. I got some beautiful lingerie and swimwear which are amazing quality and value for money. Just wanted tomake sure that the team members are recognised for all of their hard work! I was helped by the assistant manager (I think her name was Tia) and a tall girl with long blonde hair! I will definitely be back!!

popped in to buy something for my husband and I, staff where so wonderful, asked us a lot of questions to find the right toy and felt completely safe and judgement free. Thanks Ladies!!

I too do not understand the poor reviews. The staff were very friendly and helpful; even going so far to allow me to fix a mistake I made regarding an offer I didn’t take the day before. I was very happy with the service and would go back.

I was having a day out and just popped into Ann Summers...I had myself a bra fitting and the lady that did it was awesome....she knows her stuff

All staff at this store was amazing especially the girl that served and helped me. So thank you to you all for making me feel better about myself and sizing me up properly, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely visit again. I visited on 11-09-22

Went for a bra fitting for the first time in over a year due to health problems. The lady who looked after me was amazing, kind, very complementary and made me feel very comfortable. She was very helpful choosing the right styles and colours and I couldn't thank her enough. Left with lots of amazing, perfectly fitting bras all thanks to the amazing staff.

RUDE STAFF MEMBER!! Went in with my friend to shop halloween costumes asked staff for help but when talking to them was told that only two of the outfits would be ‘more forgiving’ for my friends body type and acted dismissive towards questions. These outfits had less skin exposure. Made my friend feel vulnerable and uncomfortable to continue shopping left immediately after. This shop doesn’t accommodate for people with fuller busts and not fitting in to societal expectations of women’s bodies and their staff should be more helpful in offering solutions for this issue rather than being immediately dismissive of this issue. In conclusion disgusting experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND!Only given 1 star to post it otherwise it was a 0 star review.

The most rude and uncomfortable service I have ever had. The staff are constantly watching you and judgemental. Everytime I have visited I have felt like I was back at high school with the way the staff members act.To make matters worse there was an argument between a customer and staff member on this particular visit today about the changing room. The staff were absolutely vile to this women and as soon as she left the shop they proceeded to talk about her in a obnoxiously loud volume. Myself and other strangers in the shop spoke about how awkward it was and how shocking the staff were!
