Wow! I'm amazed. I was a little sceptical about reflexology at first but what an amazing experience. Amanda Williams, the reflexologist, was a pleasure to be with. Kind, courteous and friendly. The treatment was extremely relaxing and helped me destress. I felt calm with a more balanced energy after the treatment. That night I had the best sleep I've had in years!
