Mario and his team were exceptionally professional from the quotation stage right through to the work being completed.I could not actually believe just how tidy the garden was after major tree and hedge trimming.I have used quite a few different companies over the many years in my house, but I am delighted to have found the best company out there.So, if you are looking for tree surgeons, then well done, you have just found the best!

Really shaken up after asking Mario to look at some of my trees that had been going brown.After initially seeming friendly he said I was wasting his time as he didn't want to offer advice on what trees could be saved and what could be removed and just rudely walked away from me. How do I know what trees are definitely to be cut down or not? Is he not meant to be the tree expert advising me like his website says?It didn't say on his website that he apparently charges to come out to have an initial consultation as most tradesman just pop out for a 10 minute chat. I like to have a chat before I decide to take any business and not be told I've got to be straight to the point-that's not the way I operate. I'm, the customer.Would really have appreciated an apology but he has yet to do so - never felt so patronised before.

Mario and his team made a fantastic job of removing our large sycamore tree which was in an awkward situation with difficult access. The job was done quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. We would highly recommend them. Charles and Fergus

I found Mario to be both responsive and friendly. He came around quickly and gave a competitive quote. The work was challenging especially grinding the 4ft diameter tree stump but this was completed swiftly and to a very good standard. The site was left very clean and tidy. I would definitely use Newlands Tree Surgeons again.

Mario and his team carried out an excellent job, at a very reasonable price, on the date advised. The guys were very pleasant, friendly and courteous to my neighbours. Trees & bushes were cut down, removed and shredded with no mess. I was delighted with the work carried out. and will be using them in the future for some landscaping and fencing work.

Mario and team did an amazing job of a very overgrown number of trees in our side and back gardens. Turned up on time and made light work of a huge job with no mess and also cleaned up after. Very professional from start to finish. We now have a new lease of life in our gardens. I would highly recommend Mario and his team for any job that needs doing in your garden. I had a slice of tree trunk I wanted sawn in two and called various sawmills and tree surgeons but nobody would help me and then I spoke to Mario. It was an unusual request but he was happy to help so I met him on a job and his colleague Damian took his chainsaw to my log and giving me two cracking slices. They were absolutely lovely, really friendly and I would be delighted to have them do work at my house in the future! Thanks again guys!

Mario responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and provided a very competitive quotation to reduce and reshape the three lime trees at the front of our driveway.He arrived with his team and removed all of the branches, including some very long overhanging the main road, without causing too much risk or disruption to the flow of traffic and pedestrians.He cleared away all of the debris and improved the look of our front drive immensely.
