Placed a order with them on 16/8/23 payed for 1to 2 days delivery to be here for weekend and not here the painter's here to start job but no paintPhoned then up 9 o'clock Monday for them to say we had no Primer paint in stock why didn't you tell me that on the Wednesday when I placed the order total lack off Communication and money lost out me Pocket thanks Smith and allan

Won't buy oil anywhere else now. My Volvo is a bit of a nightmare to buy oil for, often only seeing two or three available brands and all ridiculous prices. There is definitely something about the quality of the oil I'm getting from Smith and Allen as I'm going through much less than ever before. Customer service is superb and all in all, great value.

Not happy at all, I checked their website on Friday as I was looking a for specific shell oil. The picture on the website of the bottle is the one I am after not the newer version as there is a difference . I phoned and was very clear in my question and explained that I am after this specific version and was told , yes we will send the one pictured on the site.Today Monday the delivery arrived with a different one , not what I ordered.

I've just ordered some oil for my triumph trident 900, I spoke to Mat and Gordon, they were fantastically helpful and pleasant on the phone, if the oil is as good as Mat and Gordon were on the phone, I'll have no worries.

Have used smith and allan car and motorcycle oil for the past couple of years I believe it to be good quality and a decent price plus it's made here in the uk, normally buy direct but can be bought via eBay which I have done also. Purchased 40 litre of oil recently and after a disappointed call to one of the sales team called Ben I believe, i ended up buying from eBay. The reason for the two stars is how I was dealt with, after explaining what oil I wanted to buy he tried to take card details without giving me a total price for the oil, after asking for a total price it was £15 more than the eBay price, when I told him about the price difference he insisted that his price was the correct price, ended up cancelling his order and went with eBay.
