My daughter has a wonderful work experience period with their lovely vets, nurses, and receptionists. They are so kind and professional in their work field, friendly to every animal who needs their help.

Good, friendly service. We did wait 25 minutes for our appointment, which I felt was too long, but the vet we saw was so lovely with our cats. She gave the most thorough examination they have had.

My family and I have used Alnorthumbria for years with consistent great service. The receptionists are friendly, helpful and efficient. Fiona, the vet, is superb - very knowledgeable, polite and compassionate.Very personal service as a whole. I have a lot of trust in this surgery and will happily recommend them to anyone.

These are excellent people. They take great care of the animals they treat, and of the owners, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Rang vet this morning as our Cockapoo had a problem with her foot. She had torn her dew claw and we were going away for the weekend. Vet squeezed us in although they were full. Dew claw was removed and advice given for aftercare. Thankyou very much for such fantastic service

Very friendly and caring for my3 dogs..

Terrible, dog had epilepsy, sent home having seizures, went to A1 hospital in Morpeth, sent home 'having seizures' then put to sleep. Vet bills were over the top, we asked to pay in installments, they agreed then threatened with debt collectors...avoid

Had the worst experience from a vets . Would not recommend them as they were extremely unprofessional and put my dog through anxieties . They also wrote on his notes fabricated unprofessional false information . A lot of hard work I had put in with my dog was undone by these vets and I transferred to an amazing vets who put the dog as priority with highly professional caring attitude . River vets Ponteland are amazing Alex the vet is amazing caring and knowledgable with every thought for the pets needs .Totally disappointed with alnorthumbria vets and I have lodged a complaint which I am yet to hear back from .!Would not recommend alnorthumbria at all

Very clean vets, lovely staff. Unfortunately we have to go elsewhere as the prices here are double what yo pay anywhere else. My dog had her booster jab it came to £75 when all the other vets cost about £45. We had to take her up to Alnwick as an emergency and it was £175 before we got through door. We are sorry we had to leave but we ain’t millionaire. Keep your prices reasonable and people wouldn’t leave. All the best.

After visiting another vet, I was recommended the practice because I wasn’t happy with care and high fees elsewhere. From the moment I called the practice everything was perfect, reception team were brilliant and helpful, the consultation with Fiona was caring and informative, I immediately trusted the staff with my dog. I was thrilled to see reasonable fees associated and availability to proceed with care was priorised. I am so happy with the care! Will recommending to everyone, thank you for all the compassion and quality care x
