Came in for a brunch with my friend but had a waiting time of 25 minutes. They said they was really busy but looking around there wasn't anyone around. We was looking forward to a good lunch and had never eaten in there before. But due to the waiting time we couldn't stay due to needing to go back to work. But maybe next time!

Poor. Short staffed today, so borrowed staff from rest of the store and they are under trained. No teabags out, struggling with till, long wait for food. Shame, as being so close to the ferry it should be a good earner for Morrisons

Terrible food, gone down hill. Asked for fried bread, soaking in oil. Asked to change & the same happened. Eggs snotty, beans stone cold. Bacon just about cooked & mushroom looks raw. Used to be lovely a few years back but seems staff are lacking the cooking ability to use a high standard. Aslo staff lacking in customer service skills.

Great cheap breakfast. Food came out quickly, and was very reasonable priced. Full covid guidance was given and everyone was spaced well

Walked in at 2.15pm on Saturday and they had no food left as they ‘stop serving by 2.30pm, on Saturday when everyone is out shopping… what a great way to conduct business. no wonder Morrisons is a sinking ship

I was actually really pleasantly surprised at how nice & how fresh the food was. There was a bit of a wait as they seemed short staffed & one staff member in her coat who had a day off actually went behind the till to serve. The local navy people use it for lunch too so there were a fair few people ordering food at the same time. It really was worth the wait though. I have to say it's the best supermarket cafe food I've eaten & the menu is really extensive.

Here we go... My wife, stepdaughter and me arrived at the self service touchscreen and after what seemed ages we had finally ordered our food (this way of ordering is very long winded and there is a sign saying if you want to be served at the till please go to it this is what I done halfway through the process of ordering and found it saying closed)of two small fry ups baked spud two coffees orange juice and bottled water, with our order number in hand we sat down. When the food arrived I took a mouthful of my scrambled egg it was cold, then I tasted my bacon (cold)guess what? next was my baked beans (stone cold like they had come straight out of the fridge) you couldn't make it up! the same problem with my wife's breakfast, my stepdaughters baked spud was hot and fine so no problem there, after drawing attention to the staff they were professional and offered a full refund (£18 of which we accepted) stating that they are under pressure in the kitchen so Morrisons please note more staff required. Cannot fault customer service at the table.

The food was brilliant without fault every time until the past couple months since going under new management, they are always short staffed and the food quality has turned awful! Every time there are parts of food missing and I can tell one macoroni cheese was bunged into microwave for 2 mins it looked like vomit. The customer service has always been amazing though cannot fault that, but it’s a shame that I decide not to come here now.
