Citizens Advice Medway

Totally a joke. Went there twice, both on different issues to get useful advice. Absolutely nothing. All they say we can't do this

Spoke to a nice chap called Barry, explained things to me. Nothing too much for him. Went away really confident and with advice I partially knew. Had to ring the other day for more advice. Great people, ready to help and give good advice. I certainly will go there if ever I need further advice.

Extreamly helpful with the questions I had. Only problem is where this place is. Gillingham is a serious dump and you risk your life going there. Full of junkies and drunks were outside the busing when I went to visit. Wish they had one in a more local area to me

Four words sum this place up astonishingly well: Absolute waste of time. In all seriousness I have busy schedule and it is challenging to find time to make the effort just to get their as its location is not the best. The waiting time is long: over half an hour.What does concern me is that the adviser (a gentleman called David") that I dealt with had zero knowledge of the law and was more professional at contradicting himself than providing advice (which is something he is supposed to be trained to do). Totally unhelpful and will go out of their way to put you off what you want to do. Furthermore

If they had bothered to answer the.first call back that qas meant to be booked they would ve better the info they gave was on line i wanted more couldnt help with that

Everytime I try to call I get put through to a robot who tells me I have to go online because theres a high number of callers

You need an appointment but lovely staff and very helpful

The lady tried to help me to write a letter. l filled the form myself later.
