I am unable to comment re ‘good value’ as an insurance company was responsible for payment - though other reviewers attest to value for money.. However, let me start by saying my floor was extensively water damaged during work on a radiator. The floor was original and over 80 years old. The blocks were saturated to the point where they became discoloured, swollen and lifted to form a ridge. I genuinely despaired any repair work could restore the floor to its original glory. I need not have worried. Igor and his father turned up and over the course of five days brought the floor back to an even better condition than before the flood.They were utterly professional, worked diligently and continued to give reassurances the damage could be made good. To say I was delighted with the result would be an understatement. I’ve given five stars - they deserve more. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and would never consider going anywhere else. In fact they are coming back in August for another job I have lined up. Put yourself in their hands - you certainly will not regret it.

Simple Maintenance solutions done a fantastic job on our marble floor, removed scratches done by a removal company making the floor look better than new! I mean it's just like a mirror now only one word can describe.. Spectacular! I cannot recommend their service enough, it's a family run business father, son & cousin very courteous, very competent & friendly, felt comfortable in leaving them with my home as I had to go for a doctors appointment. Also they protected the walls for splashes even though their machine makes minimal mess but kept me feeling confident! 10/10 you will not be disappointed with their service!

I had a service of my expensive Cararra marble kitchen top, neglected for 2 years by tenants. turned up on time, professional and worked for 5 hours to produce a quality finish. 30 years experience. i got three quotes, wide range... they were in the middle ... very happy to recommend

I am extremely impressed and happy with the marble restoration that Simple Maintenance completed.The marble in my bathroom had been badly damaged from caustic cleaners, and it appeared there was no way of removing the stains. However, Simple Maintenance completely removed all the marks and had taken a lot of care and attention, but fast in their work. The marble now looks brand new, like original. Excellent finish and very friendly father & son team.I would highly recommend - no brainer to hire them if you need marble to be restored! Superb service!!!

Igor and Sancho are very experienced and professional workers. They were able to answer all of our questions and offer guidance wherever needed. They made sure that we were happy with the work that they did before leaving. We were very happy with the results and I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Igor was extremely knowledgeable, and very clear about the options available for my floor renovation. He was able to fit me in quickly, and completed the job quicker than expected. The result is better than I could have imagined.

Sancho did a beautiful job restoring our marble table to its original finish and it was so pleasant to have this family run business man in our home.
