Ordered day 2 and 8 tests for my partner and me one month in advance.It is currently day 13, day 8 results have still not come in yet, my partner hasn't even her day 2 results.As a result we are still not able to leave home, missing days at work and having to cancel appointments such as therapy sessions for our son.It is also impossible to contact them as their automated phone responder just tells you to send an email before hanging up, and sending an email results in nothing more than an automated reply as well.We have paid 350£ for this service, which has not been provided and is severely limiting our freedom.We have now ordered new tests from a different supplier, and I highly discourage anyone from using the services of this unethical company which seems to be using the pandemic to drive a profit.

The booking system online will only let you book 1 test at a time, even if you select 2 or more and fill in all the details. Luckily, I spotted my card was only charged for 1 test, so contacted them and found out I needed to book a second test in plenty of time. Otherwise it was a pleasurable and efficient experience. We arrived a little early for our LFT appointments, but we were greeted and processed quickly. They were friendly people who showed an interest in where you were traveling to while we waited for the results. These arrived with in 15 minutes and we were politely asked if we would leave a review when we were handed out certificates. If the booking system wasn’t a faff then id have given 5 stars.

Brilliant service when I have used Latus Health for Occupational Health reports. Had no complaints. Very efficient, effective and costs are very reasonable. The reports are delivered promptly, have exactly the correct information on them in a fair and balanced way for both employers and employees alike. Finally, most times our employee get their referrals within 1-3 days at most and are done remotely if necessary which decreases the time we have to wait. Would highly recommend.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I will speak to the government about taking them off the list of providers. Submitted day 2 tests 4 days ago. Still no result. Have emailed them (as they no longer take phone calls) to ask where the result was and was informed the lab had not yet received them even though royal mail has a confirmed 'delivered'. Am very dubios as to whether I will get day 8 results back in time to leave after 10 days. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I paid a total of £325 to LATUS Health for 3 travel tests ( the mandatory days 2 & 8 + a day 5 test for early release). My 'early release' day 5 test arrived so late, it arrived on the same day than my 'day 8' test! In addition, the result of all my tests took ages to come back. I tried multiple times to contact the company (they don't seem to answer either phone or most emails); I was eventually successful in getting a reply and told on 7 April to expect a refund for my day 5 test 'within 10 working days' but this never materialized... I have been chasing them since but to no avail... I would strongly advise to avoid this company...

My expectations were very low reading all the bad reviews and horror stories here, but I guess I was one of the extremely lucky ones.My tests arrived on time, results came within 36 hours after sending the tests kits. (From central London) I am giving 4 stars since I was a little nervous when the sample tube ID was not recognized on the website. However, the COVID test result sent from the lab had all my details with the sample ID so there is no need to register the Sample tube code on the website. Sit still and they will send you the results. They are not as terrible as the others say in the reviews but I did try to call several times but could not get connected so don’t expect much customer service.

An all round fantastic and stress free experience.Our tests arrived well in advance and the gentleman we dealt with was extremely helpful and polite in instructing us on how to complete the test. The results were available within our inbox within 15/20 minutes leaving us with no doubts or worries the night before getting on our flight.Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

Was concerned after reading reviews after ordering, however I was pleasantly surprised. Kits arrived a day or 2 before being required and no online registration when you take the test. Just swab and post. Day 2 result arrived on day 5 and day 8 received on day 10. Wouldn't use any postal company for test to release as would take too long. A good price (relatively). Will use again, especially if using a local company for test to release.

Avoid this company. Randomly picked them for the day 2 and 8 tests and given that they were recommended on the government site I didn't even think to check reviews. Test 2 came back on day 7 and the day 8 test never arrived. Given that you can get fined for not sending the tests, and how much money you spend on them it's a total scam! Have emailed them but looking at reviews I will probably never hear back from them

Not a reliable company. I have puchased my day 2 and 8 tests paying 175 pounds. The day 2 kit arrived on the 3rd day of quarantine and wasn't able to post it back because was no prepaid return sticker in the package. Tried to ring them but no one picked up the phone - luckily because it was a premium number - no answer for emails as well. You can not get in touch at all. They are proud to dispatch over 3 thousand test kits daily making a huge amount of money while people are sitting self isolated and waiting for their test results that they probably will never receive. Scam. Sad thing is the company is still on the government website as a reliable test provider.
