Came in with an issue that an installation certificate was not issued correctly - you couldn’t read it!Came in to branch with the usual you need to call head office. Unfortunately with corporations departments are pigeon holed and anything outside it is not your problem.Mike the general manager however stepped up to the mark and suffered speaking to 6 different people at head office managed to come up with a compromise to hopefully rectify the issue.Mike showed great customer service to me and was empathetic to my issues.We can’t help call centres and being departments being pigeon holed but people who work in branch and go the extra mile to help their customers are the real hero’s and it’s thanks to people like Mike that Curry’s is the go to for many still today!

Been several times recently, each time poirot stock levels so didn't buy, closes early, staff wandering aimlessly, not a single staff member upstairs to make enquiries too. Wouldn't be surprised if they weren't the next chain to disappear.

My daughter visited the store with her grandmother to by some IT equipment for university and was served by Josh. Neither of them knew much about what they needed, but Josh was incredibly helpful and spent all the time necessary to guide them into getting the right equipment. Not only was he helpful, but he was very friendly and efficient. This sort of service is rare these days, especially in the large stores.

Good selection of products that you can rely on. If they don't have it in stock they soon get it for you. I wanted a food mixer as mine packed up. Not in stock so ordered one. Told 7 days and it arrived 2 days later. Now that is service

Went yesterday for a look inside the shop looking for a laptop. Been attended by a sales person but not really very helpful. Gone to Asford after that and bough a lot of goods thanks to a very helpful young sales person named Franes. And that's the difference between a good management and a average one.

Terrible customer service.. Never buying anything from this place again. It's a trap!! Once you buy something off them you are done. Don't expect any assistance or help from them

Currys in store were helpful as for your fitters total rubbish, though a friend of mine fitted it in 20 mins. I had paid £55 for fitting , appalling service.
