We used to go here all the time, the deals are great value and it was always a good standard. Recently deliveries can't arrive under 1hr 30 and the food standard for such a long wait is sub-par.Unfortunately we've had to move on to other takeaways until things pick back up.

17.11.23. Whoever answered your phone tonight 10 minutes ago needs a lesson in manners. My Husband called to place an order for collection, the member of staff asked for the collection name which my Husband said Bird, the after a few attempts the staff member got it and said can you hurry up its busy in here tonight. My Husband asked for a Chicken Fajita wrap, the response was we don't do that, it's a Chicken wrap, to which my Husband replied, it's on your takeaway menu I'm looking at Well we don't do one it's a Chicken wrap. By then as the attitude was so bad by this staff member, he said it doesn't matter and put the phone down. Me personally would have driven round to you and made my complaint. We have gone elsewhere now, and highly unlikely to visit again or recommend. I will be putting my review on the relevant sites. Absolutely appalling service.

Normally the food is good but the last 2 occasions it hasnt been upto usual standard. Had to call both times to chase delivery. Food eventually arrived but was not very hot and the salad was limp and uninviting. Will be giving a miss for a while as sadly we threw most of it away.

I go here EVERY single week but I'm sad to say that over the last few weeks, the overall quality has dropped.12 inch Pizzas are more like 11 inch Pizzas, the sauce doesn't go to the edge making it like a 10 inch Pizza, the bases are a lot thinner and hard on the edges and toppings are more sparse. Chip portions are noticably smaller too.Prices have now increased significantly also. I understand that things are more expensive, but I don't expect to pay more for something that isn't nearly as good as it used to be.I'm just being honest.

Forgot about our bed order after we rang 1 hour and 30 mins later, when it arrived it was cold, burnt, dry and tasted horrible… went in the bin! Never again! Waist of time and money!

Ordered lots of times before with no issues at all , ordered tonight 2 chicken and veg kebabs and 1 chips . Order arrived early as usual , I don't know who cooked or what was added to the chicken and veg but it was so spicy . Couldn't eat much of it as I'm a spicy wimp which is why I ordered this dish ! Extremely disappointed, unfortunately won't be ordering again .

Best pizza ever. Fresh & non greasy. Great value deals chips are great & staff friendly. 8 mile round trip for me passing many pizza shops . Worth every mile

This is my first time trying their pizza and I can say that is was amazing, was the best pizza I have ever eaten.The service was wonderful and very friendly staff. Definitely I will buy food from them from now on.
