Fantastic service from Emma & the team at John Kane Funeral Directors. Extremely helpful explaining what was what in terms of the different services available (my first time) both on the phone & by email when I couldn't remember anything, & very respectful at all times. Lovely manner - sympathetic but down to earth, always patient & understanding. Did a lovely job dressing my father in his finest. Arranged quality live stream for us & helpful with my less traditional flower requests. Thankyou so much, we are very grateful.

Everyone at John Kane Funeral Directors especially Sharon and Emma were absolutely incredible. Their efficiency, kindness, help and support offered at any time of the day or night was so greatly appreciated. Service at Cardross Crematorium led by a celebrant was exactly what we asked for. Made such a sad occasion so much easier to bear and felt my Mum got the send off she so deserved. Highly recommend this company. Thanks to all involved again.
