Hair Story

I had my second Pharma Hermetic hair treatment with Jacqueline today at Hair Story , Cheshire Well-being. I suffer with Telogen Effluvium hair loss and so pleased Jacqueline can help me with this, she been able to identify the problem which, no one else l have seen over the years, has done. I feel l have been rescued at last, following the treatments/course know l am on the right path at last. Now l can look forward to the results and would highly recommend Jacqueline for any hair loss problems . She is professional, kind, makes you feel cared for but most of all, has empathy which is most needed especially for anyone suffering with hair loss. Thank You so much Jacqueline ! x Anne

Whilst visiting Cheshire I went to Hair Story in Burtonwood. I had a trichology consultation with Jacqueline and she explained about hairloss.I then has the most amazing Alfabarf Scalp exfoliation and hair treatment with Emma. I have a very oily scalp and its done wonders for my scalp and hair. Emma also gave me an amazing hand and arm massage whilst i had the hair masque and steam working its magicI purchase my K18 hair products from Hair Story too.

From the start Jacqui listened to what I wanted and put my worries at ease. She made my hair look really natural yet also full of volume with length- exactly what I wanted! Jacqui does what is best with your natural hair in mind. My hair looks and feels amazing. Everyone has commented about how natural it looks. If you are in any doubt don’t be I only wish I had done it sooner! It’s easy to maintain and it also doesn’t hurt! I can honestly say it feels like my natural hair only better. 5*. I’ve now booked in for her to do my colour as she is simply amazing at what she does! Thank you for making me so happy!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect, my confidence had gone along with a big patch of my hair. Jackie changed all of that from the minute I walked through the door. The appointment was extremely private and not what I expected, I shed a few tears and Jackie put me at ease straight away. This fantastic lady has succeeded to astonish me by building my confidence and giving me the hope I desperately needed. She has changed my life within 1 hour of meeting her. I have always had very thick hair but now with ageing my hair has gone very thin and fine. Before arriving at Hairstory I was a little apprehensive and nervous as I was unsure what to expect. On arrival I met with Jacqueline who immediately set me at ease as she fully explained the process she would follow to gain an understanding of my concerns with my hair. Jacqueline was very considerate and calming whilst at the same time very professional in her approach. She recommended an action plan for me to follow with regards to treatments for my hair. I have been to Hair Story a few times now after battling hair loss for around 4 years and I have to say I am impressed. Hair loss is very personal & can make you feel alone at times and even dread going to the hairdressers,  but not here!!  Jacqueline has the most welcoming salon and her team are the loveliest girls that put you at ease straightaway.Emma has coloured my hair and I have had a tricology consultation with Jacqueline and hair extensions fitted. Jacqueline is very thorough but what's more extremely knowledgeable and has lots of great solutions & tips to suit everyone's needs.  It has done wonders for my confidence and needless to say I will be returning to this gem of a place. Not only do they know their stuff but they are kind , caring and empathetic. If you are thinking of making an appointment here, you won't regret it.

I love my time at Hair Story. The whole experience from getting there and being greeted, the constant relaxed atmosphere, the chatting with Jacqueline to make sure you are getting exactly what you want, and last but not least walking away with wonderful hair and a relaxed feeling all over! Jacqueline is wonderful at what she does and has great understanding when I'm trying to explain what I envision (which I really struggle with)Jacqueline's knowledge and understanding of the life impacts of hair loss is evident in how she manages her salon. Jacqueline supports her clients with private appointments for those unfortunately suffering hair loss, to easy the discomfort and has a passion to help everyone.Thanks Jacqueline, you're my superstar!
