I visited the shop looking for a Silver Wedding Anniversary gift for my wife. Perry was really understanding and helped me choose a lovely bracelet, which was hand crafted and engraved with a personal message. Despite only giving them a week's notice, both Jacqueline and Perry pulled out all the stops and I was able to collect it the day before our anniversary. My wife absolutely loves it and I've gained a lot of smarty points, can't thank you enough.

I commissioned a necklace to be made using gold and a diamond from my late Mum's engagement ring. I had an idea in mind for what I would like, and Jacqueline used her expertise to make something beautiful for me. Thanks to Jacqueline, I will be able to wear something truly unique, and sentimental.

Jacqueline is an outstanding and extremely talented Artisan Jeweller based in Leek, Staffordshire, who I can't recommend highly enough. She's very professional in her skill and conduct with customers, and her work is also remarkably good value (though at no compromise to the quality). I recently commissioned Jacqueline to create a bespoke peice of jewellery for my girlfriend's birthday, based on a drawing of a rose I'd previously made. Jacqueline went to great lengths (with much patience) to realise my vision and she executed it perfectly. The piece she created is exquisite, and both myself and my girlfriend are delighted with it. Jacqueline is a very nice person and kept me informed of progress every step of the way and was straight-up, realistic and honest throughout. Her shop is gorgeous and well worth a visit in itself, with many varied pieces on display for sale. Both my wife Susan and myself met Jacqueline at her delightful studio and gallery in Leek when we were away for our 30th wedding anniversary.Typically, Susan did not tell me that she had her eye on some of Jacqueline’s beautiful jewellery, two pieces in particular, the Botanical Necklace 2 - Trumpet and the Bark - Band Ring.I finally got the information out of my wife and then called Jacqueline, who not only discussed my thoughts in great detail but added a delightful personal touch with a hand punched message in the inside of the ring. Both items were specifically made to order for my wife, which made our 30th wedding anniversary extra special. She was thrilled and delighted with both of the beautifully made pieces. Jackie’s daughter Rachel lead me to new found favourite jeweller. I had all of my Christmas pressie for my family made by Jackie and they all loved it. Jackie has made a ring for my daughters 21st and a necklace for my other daughters 18th. Both individual silver pieces, incorporating gold love hearts that came from an old piece of my jewellery. The whole process from start to finish was great. Jackie was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and made two beautiful unique pieces that no one else will have and my daughters will treasure forever.
