Good variety of stock, not very busy, nice helpful staff.

Has a wide variety of products having the main grocery selection covered. Staff are efficient and good humoured, Shout out to Darren whom my kids love. However one niggle I would not recommend going to for a meal deal on your way to work. On numerous occasions I've called in to a ravagedsandwich section that hasn't been fronted early in the morning.

Easy to return an item. On-site free parking. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff.

Some very bitter woman got upset over some red bull and refused to see an ID when offered, snatched it and then proceeded to guard the energy drink section and stalk us across the store. Also decided to watch us pay AND follow us out to the car. Definitely should be looked into, very rude and completely unacceptable, especially since ID was offered and she turned down the offer, silly woman.

Overall good selection of produce, however disappointing at the lack of (none) cat toys. Minimal craft magazines but variety of other interests. Problematic self-service checkout, kept asking for shop assistant.

Being stereotyped because I was wearing a full tracksuit and then to hear a member of staff say loud enough for me to hear that I was 'being watched the whole time' was completely wrong and I won't ever use this store again! And to top it off, the member of staff watched my partner (that has autism) unable to find the barcode on something without even offering any help!! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially working in a supermarket, I thought staff were there to aid customers NOT to make people feel uncomfortable!!

Technical difficulties resulting in panicky and rude staffI was trying to pay for a carrier bag after I'd forgotten to add to my shopping at the self service, I was also trying to talk to my elderly father on the phone who had called me whilst I was scanning. Rather than helping me, a female member of staff walked over and told me there was a huge queue. I said I was trying to pay for my bag and the response I got was take it

Until early 2023 I used this store for all my shopping.. now I assume it has a new manager.. Half the items they used to sell have been removed the other half has been moved around the store in a higgly Piggly fashion if you want a selection of tinned vegetables you have to go down three rows same with condiments and pickles...freezers seem to be loaded in a where ever there's a empty space fashion ... IF THUS SO CALLED NEW MANAGER WORKS FOR ASDA OR LIDL THEN IS DOING A GREAT JOB .... IF IT IS EMPLOYED BY TESCOS THEY NEED TO DO A MAJOR RETHINK ... SELECTION OFFERED USED TO BE A DECENT CROSS SECTION OF QUALITY BRAND AND BUDGET ITEMS NOW IT IS NOT HEINZ HAS NEARLY HALF A ROW TO THEMSELVES YET IF YOU DONT WANT HEINZ YOU HAVE TO SEARCH IN RANDOM PLACES ABOUT THE SHOP ... GLUTEN FREE AND SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS SELECTIONS YEP WE HAVE THOSE BUT AS FOR Diabetic AND SUGAR REPLACEMENT'S THEY HAVE DONE AWAY WITH MOST OF THOSE ... CHICKEN WE SELL BUT COOK IN SAUCES LIKE CHICKEN TONIGHT YOU WILL NEED TO GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT MUSHROOM SAUCE... I PITY THE STAFF IT ISNT THERE FAULT THEY HAVE A IDIOT AS A MANAGER .... ITS A BIT LIKE HAVING TEA TOTALER AS A BAR MANAGER OR A VEGETARIAN RUNNING A STEAK HOUSE ...

First visit here, great variety of goods available, reasonable prices, fresh baked bread and lots of choice. Only one small whinge is that the aisles were fairly narrow, my son, who is autistic, felt hemmed in" by this. Great staff

Tesco Superstore is located at Fakenham Rd, Drayton, Norwich NR8 6PT. Plenty of car parking spaces with unlimited hours of staying are allowed. Tidy toilet, spacious shopping area. Easy accessible.
