Stayed for one night with a friend. Rooms too small for two people. We had the first room on the left of the entrance to all other rooms. It was very noisy people coming in at all hours.Breakfast is only snack bars, muffin and a drink. However the room was spotlessly clean.Would be suitable as a single occupancy business type person.I wouldn't stay again. Would pay slightly more to have a bigger room and Tea coffee etc in room.

Very small rooms - they do warn you but it is extremely small. Like, the bed is 2/3 of the room and the door is pretty much touching the bed when you open, to being in front of the shower room door when fully open. I had quite a few bags and it was a squeeze (with just myself in the room) so I can't imagine with two people. OK if you are a light traveller.

The room is compact but has everything you need & was very comfortable. The location is good & there was no street noise. The wet room was nice with a great shower. There was no windows at all so it was hard to judge the time when we woke but we thought that was a good thing. When you turn the TV on the first channel" is a camera on the roof so you can see what it's like out & prepare accordingly. The price was great and we will use again if in Birmingham."

Clean, comfortable and very quiet hotel, but only basic facilities. Very small rooms which are fine just for sleeping but not much else, and no windows! Turn the TV on to see what it is like outside. No tea/coffee in the room anymore, but shower is very good.

Not fancy or pretending to be anything other than what is advertised. It was clean, modern and really well equipped with a large screen TV on one wall at the foot of the bed. The bathroom was a wet room and the shower was of a very high quality both in terms of water controls and pressure. I'll definitely be staying there again.

As long as you know what you're getting — no frills, pod-like rooms, with no windows — this place is superb.VERY helpful staff, great location, useful communal areas are a big plus. The rooms are small, but very comfy, good TV, coffee, and a great shower. It's all you need for work or a night out crash pad, so just keep an eye on how much it is compared to other local places — at the time this was a bargain and we weren't disappointed.

Our room was a modern, windowless, Japanese-style hotel room that was very small and styled more for convenience than comfort. Barely containing a bed, TV, dressing table in the room and a toilet, sink, and shower in the wet room bathroom. WiFi reception was poor but to be expected in a closet-like room. Clean and efficient. Recommended for anyone that merely wants to sleep, get ready, and get on with outside adventures without spending much time at the hotel.

Room was small and barely any room. No hair dryer or any space to put clothing. I wouldn't recommend it for disabled people (like myself). The staff didn't even know how to use the lift and it took them over twenty minutes to just be able to let me get down one floor!! Lifts require a special key only the staff have.

Nice location for access to all of the city centre. Bed was comfortable, facilities were clean. I was not prepared for the room size though. I have had pizzas that would not fit in the remaining floor space. Very thankful that I was not travelling with a suitcase as I'm not sure where I could have put it. Ensure that you know your travelling companion very well if sharing a double room as the division between the bed and shower is an ilfitting frosted glass door that doesn't leave much to the imagination. TV was present on the wall but had no signal, there was a guidebook to read for entertainment instead. Not a terrible no frills budget room, but I've paid the same amount or less to stay in nearby hotels with rooms easily 3 times the size.
