My partner ordered last night was early the delivery lady was very polite the milkshakes are very tasty will defo order again

Very friendly would recommend milkshakes and frappes are banging the deserts are the best things I've ever tasted will be coming back.

Ordered at 9pm, wasn't delivered untill 10. 45!! We literally live a mile away. Delivery time wasn't updated on uber eats either said would be delivered at 10.05 but still, had to ring to be told it was on its way, another 30 minutes later it finally came, was in bed. Fuming. What's the point paying over 2 quid delivery when it doesn't happen! Will not be ordering again. Food was 'ok' certainly not worth theJust to add to your reply to my complaint..... Ok maybe slightly more than a mile, but no more than 5 minutes in car. If your struggling to deliver in under 1 hour, like many of your competitors are doing, I suggest employing another delivery driver, or not accepting as many orders if you can't manage, nearly 2 hour wait is unacceptable. Blame uber all you want but it's not their fault. Your losing custom because of the wait times.

The milkshakes are delicious and the donuts were really amazing and they give me another donut for free they are really friendly

didn't take long to come after ordering which is a bonus!! the presentation was amazing.. the best sweet boxes and milkshake! such friendly service as well

Placed order at half past 9 and received a call at 5 to midnight asking if we still wanted to order (driver breakdown was the excuse for not having the order already), after delivering nothing they marked it as delivered around half past 12.Got it at around 1am in the end, almost 4 hours after ordering. It's honestly just not worth the risk anymore.

Ordered a whole lot of sweets, my candy floss wasn’t in the bag and I ordered HARIBO cola bottles and it turned out to be VIDAL, and I live 10 minutes up the road and took them 3 hours, wouldn’t recommend

I popped into the shop with my little one and was kindly greeted by an older lady and a very polite young man.The younger girl on the other hand was snappy and didn’t look like she knew what she was doing wasn’t good under pressure it seems.if this young lady is in I won’t be returning but I’ll gladly return if I see the young man or older lady serving.if you want returning custom train her in customer service as she has zero.
