Terrible experience working for Rowles House. Could not believe it was run by such unprofessional, rude and arrogant people!! They all lacked basic etiquettes and were definitely not fit working with vulnerable groups of people. I had to call back a million times in relation to wages. Only after getting ACAS involved, they finally paid me after several months. Such a shame! Please think hard before considering Rowles for your loved ones. Residents personal needs such as toileting were not being met. And they were being told to get out of their faces which told a lot about the kind of people they were.
