Collected my lease car, which needed 1 new tyre. Left stood in reception with not even an acknowledgement that i was there. Old guy chatting away to another customer. I ended up going out to ask for my key. My car had clearly had 2 new front tyres. He couldnt tell me why or what had been done. All he kept saying was he didnt work yesterday when the work was done. I have checked all the tyres pressure as the pressure light came on when i drove home and all 4 tyres have different pressure. Phoned ATS. Same unhelpful man answered and said they wouldn't check tyre pressure. When i asked why they wouldn't make sure that the pressure was the same in the 2 tyres replaced, he said he wasnt having this discussion.l!

A set of incompetent fools firstly I own my own workshop and if these two employees and branch manager worked for me they would be sacked they should never ever work on anyone’s car at all they are incompetent, clueless my rangerover has air suspension so after raising the vehicle in the air to change the tyres the vehicle has to be driven in order for the suspension to reset and eleven itself but not at ats tyres the place where they are supposed to know what they are doing we have 2 employees and a branch manager trying to adjust the tracking with the suspension fully raised and the new tyres sat uneven on the ground. When this was raised they then refused to correct their mistake and asked me to sign for satisfaction when I was refused I was swore out and told to get outside around the cornerThese members of staff should not be allowed to work on any car at all
