The Beef Pho here is very similar to Vietnamese Pho you get when you are in Vietnam. I get the feeling they use bones (authentic way and much healthier way vs powder sachet). It seems like they slow cook the bones over hours which releases the most nutrients too which is great.I hope they continue to make this in the authentic way and don't take any shortcuts like I have seen with some other Vietnamese places. 5 stars!
