I have been coming to Raj for a few months now after a negative experience at a previous salon. I cannot fault Raj with her care and professionalism with my wax treatment. She always makes me feel at ease and takes her time. I am a regular now and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Both me and my 13 year old have waxing and treading done at Serene Beauty Room by Raj and I can not recommend her enough. We start going to her about a year ago when my daughter decided she wanted to start getting her eyebrows and upper lip threaded. I was really worried as this was first time my then 12 year old was going to get anything like this done but Raj was so professional and so caring that she spent 1 hour getting her eyebrows perfect and had to stop so many times in between but not once did she complain or rush my daughters appointment and really put us both ay ease. Since then my daughter now also gets all her waxing done here too and it's always perfect and again Raj will make it as comfortable as she can for my daughter. I also get my threading done here and again she ensures I'm absolutely happy with my eyebrows before I leave no matter how long it takes her. She will also try get best to always accommodate the crazy times I have to book appointments and last minute requests the best she can. I highly recommended Raj and can assure you that you won't be disappointed.
