I love working for Home Instead Crawley. When you work for the company it is like joining a family. You always have amazing support and guidance, to help you grow and help the clients .

Disorganised poorly trained office staff. Gave meInformation about an assignment with no information about the actual client e.g health conditions, level of care required age I had to ask. Even stated I have no paid live in experience but didn’t seem to be an issue.

I was employed with Home Instead Crawley as a Care Manager, personally felt the role was over sold and It wasn’t really a managerial position - however I enjoyed working with and getting to know the carers. I had no concerns or issues until I handed my notice in and finished my employment with the company. When it came to receiving my final pay there was issues. Once I had left I was still owed money from my final pay and getting this from the director proved to be extremely challenging. I sent multiple texts and emails just to be ignored. Really disappointed with how I had been treated considering I had put in a lot of time and effort into supporting the director in the office in Crawley. On leaving he had said he had been extremely thankful for the support I had provided, but then he withheld money and ignored me. I was completely disgusted that I eventually had to contact head office to get a response, then I had to chase him up again on the day he said he would pay me. I have no doubt in my mind that if I hadn’t had gone to Head Office that he wouldn’t have paid me at all. I’ve never been treated so appallingly or had such a breach in trust with an employer before. I had left thinking I would recommend Home Instead as an employer, but my opinion has totally changed now.

I have loved working with Home Instead Crawley; Rajive and the team truly care about their clients, you can tell they always go above and beyond, and are passionate about providing quality care. It’s my privilege to support them on their digital journey.
