I don't have a problem with BHF Lincoln, it's just their delivery contractors who damaged the fridge freezer and damaged my floor. The contractor owner came to my home and promised to pay for the damage then when I accepted his offer he completely ignored me. I have the phone texts to prove it too. Maybe if the contractor had used a trolley instead of braking health and safety regulations then maybe my home and the goods might not have been damaged by them....

Decent place to grab a bargain. Only tended to sell good quality sofas and dining tables and a decent TV stand. Everything else is as you'd expect from a charity shop but well worth a look. Delivery was good also, only cost 20 quid.

I'm sure the shop is fine, but I found the furniture donation service to be abysmal - staff involved were ungracious, unhelpful, and bordering on rude, to the point of making you feel as if you were at service to them for donating what was, in this case, some good quality bedroom furniture. Will not donate anything to BHF again.

I have donated all my furniture and this was the situation when BHF left my house. The two guys from the collection made my carpet dirty. Unbelievable.

The British Heart Foundation in Lincoln is extremely expensive. It was cheaper for me to buy my items brand new. I have been there multiple times, a few of the staff are downright rude. My friends in other towns and are amazed at the steep prices BHF Lincoln offers.

I would like to send thankyou to all the members of staff at your Lincoln branch. I recently purchased a new double bed which was my first new bed since leaving home at 17. I am now 66. The lovely delivery drivers went out of way to help. Especially when carrying my other purchase of garden furniture down the narrow passage to the patio. Thankyou so much Sue Bidmead

Absolutely dreadful service! We called the pick up service to donate furniture to the BHF: they showed up 6 hours late, they would not pick up dismounted furniture (although their website states the exact opposite), would not take furniture I bought from them less than 2 month ago (basically in the exact same conditions I bought them), would not pick 4 bags of clothes because we did not mentioned they were to be picked up. Considering their delay, that meant we had to throw away the remaining furniture, because there was not enough time for us to find any other taker. Well done British Hearth Foundation! Don't waste your time asking them to come and collect.

Helpful staff, kind and knowledgeable. Prices do seem rather high for a charity shop that should want to clear stock and raise funds quicker. Tends to have a lot of people having a browse and leave. I was in there for about 10 minutes at one point and at least 30 people came in and left.

Being in a power chair has its disadvantages in this shop due to the overstocking on occasions to the shop floor. Small spaces means not being view items.
