Leaving this copy review as these are the same company of Vapourflow limited---Terrible customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone technical.Ended up buying two of their products and install myself to see if they are any goodOne, WAD inline, it's faulty - the heather is always on so it costs £££ to run and the switch high/low does not work at all.The other it's just a 20 pound vent with 3 speeds that someone they price at over 500 pounds - crazy!They advertise an app to connect to these product and it simply does not work, can't connect or see the fan unless at 10 cm distance and once it tries to connect it just crashes.Do yourself a favour and buy Vent-Axia product or other reputable company
