The apartment was great for our group of six. It was extremely clean and well equipped. It was spacious, with a separate living room and three bathrooms. The location was perfect for sightseeing with everything a short walk away. Close to the station. The only issue was that we had trouble accessing netflix etc on the television. Customer service was also excellent.

We loved the property at 16 Old Tolbooth Wynd.There was loads of space, the location was superb & communication was excellent.3 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms.

Check in was a complete shambles! I didn’t receive a confirmation email with the code for the key box for my apartment so had to wait outside for over an hour while they sorted it, whilst being told fairly rudely at times that they had sent the email (it wasn’t in spam folder or anywhere else) eventually they did sort the code and to their credit the apartment was very clean and spacious. However, once we had dropped our things in the apartment and headed into town I received a phone call saying that they had given the wrong key box code out and that we needed to return asap to the apartment to move our things into the correct one, with no regard for the fact that we had just sat down for dinner over 40 minutes walk away from the apartment. Fortunately they managed to resolve the issue but overall a very stressful checkin experience.Also, be aware that the parking visitor permit code on the door inside does not cover roadside parking (I was issued with a parking ticket) but only parking within the locked bays which they do not provide a key for, so is essentially useless.

Great apartment plenty of space with everything you need! Easy check in and departure, within walking distance of Edinburgh Centre and plenty of shops/cafes close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone else!!

Great service from the team.I stayed in beautiful, clean apartment.The location was perfect.We arrived very late ay night, and all was arranged for very easy late check-in.Thank you so much for such super service!!!!

As always , fantastic service by Misa and the team, Apartments are in a great location with secure parking. Been coming here for a number of years now and all of the group always remark n how good it is. Clean and with all the facilities you need for an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. There was an elevator to assist with carrying luggage up several floors. Communication was good prior to arrival. The only issues we had were that it was a little difficult to figure out where the apartment was located within the complex. Also the QR code for parking did not work for us which resulted in having to make international calls to get some help. They were very good about helping us. Overall a good stay.

A really well appointed Apartment in the heart of the old town. We stayed for three nights with my partner and two kids and my father so the three bedroom worked great for us. Good value for the location very simple check in and check out. I would not hesitate to recommend. We will be back!

I booked the Royal Mile accommodation for an overnight Christmas shopping trip for my friend, daughters and I.We were all very pleased with the spacious apartment, as it had everything we needed and more.The directions to the property and instructions to collect the keys were easy to follow. Michaela was very helpful and friendly when discussing the arrangement of the bedrooms.The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent and the beds were very comfortable.The location was great as it was within walking distance of attractions and shops. We all enjoyed our stay.I would definitely book the accommodation again and would rate 5+ stars.

Apartment was reasonably priced, clean, spacious and comfortable. Free parking was also a bonus as this can be difficult in Edinburgh. Only issue was finding it. Instructions from letting agent could have been be better. A location map would have helped as we wasted probably an hour trying to first find the key lock box, and then the actual apartment.
