What a lovely guy this is and super honest and genuine of him...i rang thinking i was going to need a call out because my hot water was not working. The guy was able to tell me exactly what the problem was on the phone and how to fix it in less than a minute.. Now, im a woman on my own, this guy could have easily said, I will have to come take a look" and received a call out charge from me but he didn't. I just think this shows what type of person your going to deal with if you call him out
