We were having a problem over child access and the situation was very hurtful and upsetting. After just one visit we were informed of our rights and had discussed and agreed the way forward. We came away feeling much more confident and that we now knew the way forward. After taking the solicitors advise the situation changed very quickly without having to go through a lengthy court case. I can not thank Shelly & the Avery Emerson team enough for their help and support through this difficult time.

It was a real relief to have instructed Avery Emerson. I had a really complicated divorce and I was having sleepless nights worry about the ramifications of losing my home and how not to let the children be effected by the split up.I met with Sukhjit who guided me through the process and gave some really practical advice that helped the situation and saved me money.The whole team came together to make me feel valued. First experience and never again. Should have listened to bad reviews. Was told a price to do simple witness signatures. They did it then asked for double the money. On top was rude and insisted on taking a copy of my personal documents without my consent which they didn't even need. Never expected unprofessional people at a solicitors.
